1. Where We Ship
United States & Territories: We ship throughout the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
Canada: We also ship to Canada.
We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — check back or contact us if you'd like to be notified when that's available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer; we'll do our best to keep you informed if that happens.

Bundles, accessories, and other items may affect shipping calculations. The exact cost for your order is always shown before you complete checkout. Canada shipping rates are calculated prior to complete of your order.
4. CARRIER AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Orders ship via USPS.
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee — once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is ultimately up to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
5. ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be included so you can follow your package's progress.
6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us. We're happy to look into it with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Digital products (such as ebooks) don't require physical shipping and are delivered instantly via download link after purchase — no shipping cost applies to digital-only orders.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
